TRACI BAILEY
RN, BSN, Master Aesthetic Injector
Traci Bailey is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Fairmont State University with a BSN. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has over 25 years of nursing experience, 15 years in the field of Dermatology. She has her certification in Fundamental and Advanced Techniques using Neurotoxins and Fillers from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine (2011). She has over 15 years experience with cosmetic fillers, 10 years with neurotoxin (Botox), 4 years with microneedling and also has been a HCG diet Coach for 8 years.
TIMOTHY PEASAK
DOCTOR
Dr. Timothy Peasak received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He did his residency training in emergency medicine at OVMC in Wheeling, West Virginia and later received a board certification in emergency medicine. Dr. Peasak has practiced emergency medicine, family medicine, and urgent care for the past 15 years, but has always had an interest in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. In April 2018, after intense and comprehensive training in San Diego, CA, Dr. Peasak received his board certification in aesthetic medicine from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine and is currently the only physician in West Virginia with a certification. Dr. Peasak has personal interest in PRP Therapy for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation (Vampire Facial and Sclerotherapy (varicose vein treatment) but is well-versed in all aspects of aesthetic medicine.
ABBY ELLIOT
LMA, CLT, CMA
Abby Elliott is the medical aesthetician for Rejuvenation Med Spa. Abby received her education through Steiner Institute of Esthetics where she graduated with honors. With an expertise in minimally invasive skincare, Abby provides medical grade facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and epidermal leveling.
Corey Skidmore
SE, Systems Engineer
Corey Skidmore is the Marketing Director at Rejuvenation Med Spa. He has 2 years experience in digital marketing, ad creation, graphic design, data science and database administration.
Dev Golden
Receptionist
Deveney Golden has been with Rejuvenation Med Spa for two years and has over 7 years experience in customer care. She specializes in scheduling appointments and coordinating our staff. She is the first and last face you see when you visit our spa. She will make you feel relaxed and welcome, Deveney loves animals including her German Shepard, Sully. She aspires to be a makeup artist.

Viora Blake
PA-C, Physician's Assistant
Vlora Blake is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in aesthetic medicine with an emphasis in weight loss management and hormone replacement. She attended George Washington University in Washington, DC and received her graduate degree from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. Vlora enjoys working with patients to help them look and feel their best. She is excited to join the team at Rejuvenation Med Spa. Vlora lives in Bridgeport with her husband, two young daughters, and two mini goldendoodles.
Maria Scudere
Nurse Practitioner
Maria graduated from Fairmont State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing! She then continued her studies to become a Nurse Practitioner and graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2019. She has over 9 years experience in the medical field. She will be accepting clients for Botox and Filler services.
